The Cornwall Skills Programme is delivered across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly and offers businesses funded* packages of support tailored to the needs of the organisation. The project, which is funded by the Skills Funding Agency (SFA) and the European Social Fund (ESF), aims to help businesses to upskill and develop their staff through the courses listed below or bespoke programmes.
The Cornwall Skills Programme will enable you to:
- Complete a Training Needs Analysis and diagnostic with a dedicated Business Development Advisor.
- Access a package of training relevant to your business needs.
- Undertake the training you have always planned.
- Access as much training as you need, there is no upper limit on the funding available to your company.
- Undertake accredited or bespoke training.

Eligibility and Terms and Conditions
The Cornwall Skills Programme is for employed individuals aged 16 years and over, who work within a business with less that 250 employees. Exceptions do apply - if you have over 250 employees, then please contact us for further details. Businesses need to be located within Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. All training must be completed by March 2018.
Businesses engaged on this programme will be required to sign and agree with the terms and conditions of this project. You will be required to complete relevant paperwork, including a De Minimis, as the programme is funded by the European Social Fund and the Skills Funding Agency.
*Funding is allocated on a first come, first served basis and is subject to eligibility.
