Ramon moved to the South West 20 years ago and has senior leadership experience, most of which at Board level, across a range of industries including event and venue management, visitor attractions, hospitality, leisure facilities, historic properties, and landed estates. Most recently he has been General Manager of St Michael’s Mount, CEO of St Aubyn Estates and Managing Director of The Lost Gardens of Heligan. Ramon is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, and also a Non-Executive Director of the Cornwall Chamber of Commerce. Delivering quality through a continuous focus on building a strong organisational culture, with staff engagement at its heart, is his passion.
