Tracey is a Registered Career Development Professional and a Mentor for the CDI. Working with young people in various settings for over 30 years, supporting them to increase their confidence and knowledge. Encouraging them to be happy with their life choices and giving them the tools to deal with any challenges and obstacles. Helping them to recognise their skills, increasing their confidence and knowledge, to empower them to navigate the not always straight path of life. The Career Development Institute informs her daily work, from one-to-one guidance appointments to mentoring staff and students.
